Back to basics: Advice to a young lecturer

This 1.5-hour lecture was attended by young lecturers from the Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, who all have a Ph.D. (25 August 2020). Without realizing it, I am now one of the most senior academic staff at the UTM Faculty of Science.
