My name is Hadi Nur, and I am currently a Professor and the Head of the Integrated Laboratory at Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), as well as an Adjunct Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a guest Professor at the Graduate School of Engineering Science, Osaka University, and Research Fellow at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). As an academic, my responsibilities include teaching, conducting scientific research, supervising students, and serving as an editor for various journals. In addition, I hold multiple academic, administrative, and research positions within the university.

My blogging journey began in 1999, though only my blogs at hadinur-blog.um.ac.id, daily reflections, and daily videos are publicly accessible. You can also find highlighted photos showcasing my activities.

On a personal note, I am part of a small family, which includes three children. There is nothing to be particularly proud of in this humble journey of mine, yet every step has been integral in shaping who I am today.     "Menembus Ilusi Akademik"

    Saya baru mempublikasi tiga buku mengenai pendidikan tinggi (silakan baca melaui tautan ini). Trilogi ini mengajak pembaca untuk melepas topeng kemilau pendidikan tinggi yang selama ini diselimuti ilusi angka yang kerap menutupi realitas lebih dalam. Lewat pendekatan reflektif, trilogi ini menembus kenyamanan sistem yang mapan, menantang rutinitas birokratis, standar kuantitatif yang kaku, serta budaya pencitraan yang mengorbankan substansi demi penampilan. Di tengah hegemoni metrik dan tekanan performativitas tersebut, trilogi ini mengembalikan tiga pilar yang semestinya menjadi fondasi utama kehidupan akademik. Etika yang teguh, keberanian moral untuk menyuarakan kebenaran meski tak populer, serta tanggung jawab intelektual yang autentik. Menghidupi pertanyaan-pertanyaan besar tentang pengetahuan, keadilan, dan makna keberadaan manusia di dalam institusi pendidikan.
