Can one publishes without research?

I was invited as one of the speakers at workshop on scientific publication at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) organized by Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia – UTM (PPI – UTM). Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yunan Prawoto also delivered an interesting presentation with the title “Can one publish without research?” in this workshop.
