The 1st Hokkaido Indonesian Student Association Scientific Meeting (HISAS I) was held at Hokkaido University. I was the Chairman of this meeting. This meeting consists of lectures by Professor Takashi Kohyama (Laboratory of Regional Ecosystem, Graduate School of Environmental Earth Science, Hokkaido University) and Mr. Yozo Maeizumi (Managing Director of Kita Gas Co. Ltd.) and presentations by Indonesian students in Hokkaido. This meeting was also attended by the Attache of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in Tokyo and the Chairman of PPI (Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia) Japan.
