Guest lecture at Universitas Negeri Malang

I am invited as a guest lecturer at Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) on 18 December 2016. My talk is on how the strategy and best practices to improve the quantity and quality of the research at the UM. The rector, vice-rectors, deans and also professors attended my lecture.
