I was a keynote speaker of the 1st Academic Symposium on Integrating Knowledge (ASIK) held at Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin, Makassar from 19 to 20 June 2014.

I, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zainal Zakaria (Head of Renewable Energy Engineering Department) and Dr. Khaidzir Hamzah (Head of Nuclear Engineering Program), Faculty of Petroleum and Renewable Energy Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) visited Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Nuklir (STTN) and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia to discuss the possible collaboration between UTM Nuclear Engineering Program and STTN, and also UGM Nuclear Engineering Program.
