Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Zaini Ujang and I held a meeting with Prof. Dr. Rusdi, Education Attache of Indonesian Embassy, Kuala Lumpur to discuss the idea of the establishment of “Malaysia – Indonesia Scholars’ Forum” at Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. After discussion Prof. Rusdi presented Prof. Dato’ Zaini Ujang a bulletin of Ministry of National Education, Indonesia which its front cover is a photo of Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nuh (Minister of National Education of Indonesia) with Tuanku Sultanah Raja Zarith Sofia binti Sultan Idris Shah (Chancellor of UTM), while receiving an honorary doctorate (Honoris Causa) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) at the 46th UTM Convocation, 26 March 2011.
