My name is Hadi Nur, and I am currently a Professor and the Head of the Integrated Laboratory at Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), as well as an Adjunct Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a guest Professor at the Graduate School of Engineering Science, Osaka University, and Research Fellow at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). As an academic, my responsibilities include teaching, conducting scientific research, supervising students, and serving as an editor for various journals. In addition, I hold multiple academic, administrative, and research positions within the university.

My blogging journey began in 1999, though only my blogs at hadinur-blog.um.ac.id, daily reflections, and daily videos are publicly accessible. You can also find highlighted photos showcasing my activities.

On a personal note, I am part of a small family, which includes three children. There is nothing to be particularly proud of in this humble journey of mine, yet every step has been integral in shaping who I am today.     "Jebakan Produktivitas"

    Sering kali kita terjebak mengagungkan ketekunan tanpa menyadari bahwa kegigihan yang membabi buta justru bisa menjadi rute tercepat menuju stagnasi. Ketika kita terus berlari tanpa menyediakan ruang untuk waktu reflektif, kita berisiko tersesat dalam ilusi produktivitas. Kita merasa maju hanya karena kita berkeringat dan lelah, padahal sebenarnya kita sedang bergerak menjauhi tujuan atau sekadar berputar di tempat yang sama. Pada titik ini, ketekunan tanpa jeda untuk melihat kompas bukanlah tanda kekuatan, melainkan resep untuk kelelahan yang sia-sia. Ini usaha keras untuk mendorong batu ke atas bukit yang salah.
