The genuine achievement or pseudo achievement

Consciously, or unconsciously we are living in a very tight competition era. In this era, the lecturers, students, and researchers are trying to reach great achievements in their respective fields. Here the problem arises, how to measure the performances. There are two types of achievement, i.e., genuine and pseudo success. Sometimes, we misjudge a person or institution’s accomplishments. Pseudo achievement is usually done by manipulation, raising the small things to be big, so that they look great. Many ways can be done to achieve this. Sometimes, the pseudo achievements accomplished by ignoring the values ​​of honesty, friendship, and so forth. Only by the wise way we can assess whether the performance is the genuine achievement or pseudo achievement.
